I'm back, from rainy tetbury and in my home, away from the rain. I have a lot of stuff to say, but i'll say it another day. Bottom line; it was tough, and it sucked at times. Overall, it was enjoyable. There were less people there than there were gonna be 'cus an auntie had tonselitis (probably misspelt) And that made things slow for a while.
Instead, i'll shut my yapper and let my crappily illustrated writings/doodles do all the talking.
Okay then, the people there: Me, my grandad, my bitchy whiny step sis, my bossy stubborn grandma, and their friends, a nice old german lady named eva, and her granddaughter zara (sarah)age 11, looks about 14.
Eva and Zara were nice, and they spoke a great deal of english, but had a tendancy to go off on a tangent in german. Also they have no idea how england works. Or most things for that matter, serious lack of wisdom or sense.
My gran is very bossy, can't sit still and needs to do something, also terrible at sleeping in. Of course, she hates me and chrissy (step sis) whenever we're not doing something, and of course i get all the heavy lifting jobs cus grandad would throw his back out. I spent a whole day moving dirt around before we left.
We left on tuesday for our nans, and got there with little problem, a half hour or more late though. We stayed at out nans (this i didn't know) til friday evening/late afternoon, where we left for tetbury. In the space of an hour, during the rain, we managed to set up two tents, a campervan awning, and picked up some programs for the next day.
it rained all weekend, and it was my job to sell programs, lift heavy things, and ride an antique bicycle in an arena. My grandma and grandad were in charge of the cycle section (this i also didn't know til we got there)
We stayed all weekend and got back sunday evening two hours later than we should've been. We didn't eat til 9 so we had chinese takeaway (spicy vermicelli sliced noodles and prawn fried rice for me, omnomnom) For the remaining days we went to cheltenham town center, where i bought some junk, helped call an ambulance for an 82 year old woman who fell down, cut her shin and bled ferociously (she still intended to call a taxi and get on to a train, the idiot would've prolly passed out on the journey and caused a whole mass of crap cus she wasn't local) and drank lots of coffee.
If i think of anything else, or if you have questions, etc, i'll put them up
